PennyWay

Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms apply to PennyWay (“the app”), made by Abdulaziz Sobirjonov (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”); where these terms and the Apple EULA differ, these terms add to it.

1. What PennyWay is

PennyWay helps you record and understand your expenses, income and budgets. It is a personal tracking tool, not a bank, payment service or financial adviser, and nothing in it is financial, tax or legal advice. Currency conversions use published exchange rates and are approximate — always check important amounts with your bank.

2. Free trial

New users get full access during a free trial, with no payment details required. The length of the trial is shown in the app before it starts (currently 7 days); we may offer a longer trial, but we never shorten one that has already started. When the trial ends without a subscription, the app switches to view-only mode: you can still see and export everything you entered, but adding or changing records requires a subscription.

3. Subscriptions

4. Your account

You can use the app without an account. To subscribe or sync your data you need to sign in with Apple or Google. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Apple ID or Google account secure.

5. Your data

Everything you enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the app — to sync, back up and show it to you — as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your account at any time in the app.

6. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the app: don’t try to access other people’s data, interfere with our servers, reverse engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep PennyWay available and your data safe, but we can’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we ever stop the service, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those in the Apple EULA and those that can’t be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing claims related to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
